1. On CUCM 6.0 and above, you don't need SUBSCRIBE CSS for phone presence.

3. You cannot integrate third-party voicemail with CUPC.
Micheal, we are setting up a test presence server in our lab, and getting the same problem listed above. The presence server status shows it constantly trying to connect but unable to. The control of desk phone does work. We is this problem usually found?
