You need to register both the CUVC and CUCM to a gatekeeper (plenty of documentation around on how to configure a gatekeeper - it's pretty easy).

On the CUVC, enable the H323 protocol and enter the IP address of the gatekeeper.

On CUCM, add a new device -> gatekeeper and enter the details.

Then create a new H.225 trunk to the gatekeeper you just added.  All the trunk details are pretty straight forward.

Create an appropriate route pattern in CUCM to match the service prefix's configured in CUVC and send it out the gatekeeper trunk.

Note that this isn't a step-by-step configuration guide, just the basic layout of what you need to do.
