Hii experts,,
In call manager 4.2, when I add a user to a user group, how can the user access the call manager. Throught https:\\CCMIP\ccmadmin or from another page.

It will be through the ccmadmin page as normal, they just use their login that you created and placed in the user group. This will restrict them to the permissions and pages you set when configuring the MLA.

searching MLA on CCO is not hard, i know the link to the doc but i just tried it and the 4th result is:

I read that page before I asked but not worked, just tell me if IIS service mean webserver if not tell how to restart it.
