Please suggest me any cisco router platform which support 49 E1 links.is 7206 router support 49 e1 links ?

Can you ask your telco if they can give you channelized E3 service, where you have 16 E1 on a single interface ?
That will allow you to use, for example a 7200/NPE-G1 with two PA-MC-E3.

but i want to ask is it possible to connect 49 e1 links to 7206 vxr router as we can use 8 port e1 module.and in 7206 vxr router we can use i/o slot as a 7 th slot? please correct me if i m wrong.

No, you cannot.
My suggestion above is what is usually done for high density E1 termination: channelized E3, because it is more economical and simpler. Ask your telco about it.
