Hello,

it is a possible thing to change the number of time a phone rings for one person in UCM v.7.0?

Yes, this is most possible :)


Phone> Directory Number Config> Call Forward and Pickup Settings


No Answer Ring Duration XX (seconds)


Where XX is the number of seconds the IP Phone will ring before using the Call Forward No Answer setting.
