I have a WRV54G. The current unit was replaced under warrenty. I'm running a wireless network with one Lenovo T61p given full DMZ access (IP address is correct). This notebook runs Counterpath X-Lite 3.0 as a softphone on the Broadvoice network. The routher intermittantly allows the softphone to connect to the internet. Taking the router out of the system and connecting direct to the cable modem provides instant connection. Using a VPN into the office server provides an instant connection. There seems to be no consistency. Some times it works but most of the time the system times out trying to connect.

I also have a WRE54G range expander I tried to add to the network. Everything apprears to be set up, but it won't obtain an IP from the router when accessing the network via the extender. It acts more like a jammer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
