DID service with FXS/DID card CUCM

I am running CUCM 6.1 with a 2811 MGCP gateway.

I recently ordered 4 DID trunks, but cannot find any config guided on how to do this.

Specific questions, on the CUCM gateway, do I configure as Loopstart, Groundstart or POTS?

Is it better to do this with H323? If so, andy config examples?

You can do that with H.323 (or SIP) exclusively. Ask telco if these are immediate on wink-start. There is no LS/GS with analog DID.
