Where are the recording files stored? and in what format?

The format is a .raw file. Cisco provides a utility to convert these files from .raw to .wav (raw2wav).

Can you tell me if the recording file is stored on the UCCX server? If so how do I access it.

Yes, the file is stored on the server, default is 7 days, but can be extended through the Supervisor recorder viewer to 30 days.


Files are located in the following directory

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Audio

Thanks, I found it. But, how to you change it from .raw file to .wav file? I appreciate any input.
