I have 4 outside FXO lines.
And four dial-peer for oyside call.
I wonder how cisco choose free FXO line.
first-free-line?
squentially?
lowest-time-used?
Is it possible to program it lowest-time-used?
Thanks

Yes. Under voice-port, put the lines in trunk-group. Under said trunkgroup, choose an hunt scheme. Reference trunkgroup instead of port under DP.

the other option would be to use the command
dial-peer hunt
to configure which algorithm to use, info is available on cco

I have been test it,
Even I set hunt-scheme as lest use,
It choses next port as a least usage-count
I wat it to be least usage-time
Asuuming port usage as an example;
port-1 5-times (20-minutes)
port-2 2-times (30-minutes)
It choses port-2
My config is;
trunk group T-TRUNK
hunt-scheme least-used
!
!
dial-peer voice 444 pots
trunkgroup T-TRUNK
destination-pattern 9
!
!
voice-port 0/1/0
trunk-group T-TRUNK
voice-port 0/1/1
trunk-group T-TRUNK
voice-port 0/1/2
trunk-group T-TRUNK
voice-port 0/1/3
trunk-group T-TRUNK
Thanks
