Can someone point me to a good document that compares the different QoS capabilities of the different Cisco Switches? I'm looking at implementing QoS on our metro-ethernet lines and would like to see which switches I need to get to meet our QoS requirements...

This document is very good for comparing the switches. It also compares their QoS features.
