How would I go about mapping a line to a button in CME? I want to make sure that when I user presses a button they get a specific line.
Thanks in advance for the help,
Steve

I should've said trunk, not line. I want calls to be able to go out of a specific trunk when the user presses a button on their phone, like a key system.
Thanks,
Steve
