Quota Manager error

When i try to modify the quota assigned to a subscriber i recieve the following error:

[pcube@scmscm ~]$ sm/server/bin/p3qm --set-quota --subscriber=ccomelli --bucket=1=3000000

Error - Failed to set quota ...

No quota information exists for subscriber ccomelli

[pcube@scmscm ~]$

Hi,

did you manage to solve this ? It seems that I have similar problem.

It seemds that quota is not assigned, hence it can't be set.

I'd appcreciate any info on this.

I am running SCA-BB 3.5.0.

Hi,

I've solved my problem (and i can't set quota as well).

Problem was that I was pointing RDR category 4 to SM/QM ip address, instead pointing it to 127.0.0.1.
