Rolled out new Cisco IP Phones model 7942 to 4 locations.
Screen shows Services HTTP Error . Normal screen appears once soft key âexitâ is selected. Error will reappear at various times.
All other functions operating fine.
This does not appear on other 7912, 7940/60 series phones.
Using CallManager 6.1(2) with SCCP phones. No services are configured, no idle url, all enterprise parameters use IP addresses no DNS.
I'm wondering if maybe a NTP server is unavailable or something, as this is difference between 7942 and 7940.
The phone's console logs show nothing unusual. My next step is to get wireshark trace from back of phone tomorrow.
