Have you checked for the bandwidth utilization on the serial ports ?

Do check the interface utilisation when you do the ping and also check for any fault with the cable.

As far as i know the serial port in Cisco 805 supports a bandwidth of 512Kbps only.

HI thanks for U reply

but I never heard it works with 512 kb

How I can check interface utilization plzz explain me

and I tried with 512 kb speed but there was no effect

You can check the same using show interface serial x command, the bandwidth limitation is there by default.

You can check out for the data sheet on Cisco 805 routers though its a smart serial port it supports only 512K.
