Problems with Cisco 805 routers

I have two cisco router 805 while connectin them via serial interface its working but with time out so here is simpli configuration :

I tried with ppp but it was same

so can anyone hlp to resolve this problem I tried new ios but it doesn;yt help me

Have you checked for the bandwidth utilization on the serial ports ?

Do check the interface utilisation when you do the ping and also check for any fault with the cable.

As far as i know the serial port in Cisco 805 supports a bandwidth of 512Kbps only.

You can check the same using show interface serial x command, the bandwidth limitation is there by default.

You can check out for the data sheet on Cisco 805 routers though its a smart serial port it supports only 512K.

I tried it with 128kb it work good but while checking with 512 or more bandwidth it works with timeout
