Hi,
I have CCM in release 4.2
On E1 qsig link between a CISCO 2851 and IP PBX ALCATEL, some ITs goes out-of service.
I only seen this status in RTMT (see in screen shoot in attach)
Do you kwon why this channel goes in out-of service status??
When I make a shut/ no shut, all channel is anew in service.
Regards
Sébastien

Can you try either 12.4(3j), or if need 12.4T features, 12.4(9)T7.
Also please post show controllers E1.
