Re-routing in CUCM 5.1

Hello,

I have problem with call re-routing in Communication Manager 5.1. I have two SIP GSM Gateways - 2N Voice Blue Lite. They work excellent. When I put them in route group or two route groups and than in route list and turn off the first one the call isn't re-routed. Is there special service parameter that allows it.
