Does cisco make a multiport (12 or 24) fiber switch? I just want to have a dedicated runs to clients without going through a copper to fiber media converter.

Yes. I think you can get a 3560-E.

For what speed?
The 3750G-12S provides 12 gig SFP ports (can stack them for higher density). See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps5023/ps5469/index.html
The 4900M can provide either 10 gig or gig fiber (using twin gig converters). See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps9310/index.html.
The 4500 and 6500 chassis series support various fiber port cards, the 6500, I believe, can support 10,100,1000 or 10 gig fiber.
