It seems that when going through an upgrade, if CCA hangs, its already deleted the IOS and now when I reboot the UC520, its a brick. How do I get the IOS back on the flash?

When you type it without parameter, it shows the environment variables that you have to set, like IP_ADDRESS=10.10.10.10
When all variable are set correctly, it will proceed to copy file to flash, or there is an option to only load image and boot.
