i have a cisco 2821 and i am working on ccie voice. i am having a problem accessing the voice mail system. i have set up a piolt number but when i hit the messages button on my phones i does nothing. can anyone help with this?

What type of CUE Module are you using?

I think it is a aim-cue card. i know it is not the nm card because the smaller card is loaded in the router..
