Hello, I'm trying to find a report, based on CSQ name, that would generate a graph of amount of calls sorted by time of day. We would like a graphical representation of the peak calls in a 24/h period.

Hi,

CRS Editor offers "Get Reporting Statistic" step that can be used to get the real-time reporting values.

You can configure http trigger that can pull out the real-time data values and display the same in browser.

Note : The browser application has to be custom developed.

For designing http script, you can refer Applications Developers guide under the section "Creating Web-enabled Scripts"...

Hello Hythim, not sure this is what I'm looking for, I'm looking for a report that the Desktop Supervisor can run on a weekly basis.
