Lost Contact Messge using CUE Gui

I tried everything on this link and nothing works.   When I ran through the wizard I used cisco for username and cisco for password and when I check on CUE the admin username was cisco and its password was cisco.   I researched a bunch of other posts and saw that this is seen a number of times.

Patrick,

Make sure you put the IP address of the CME router (or UC520) in the Hostname field.

The username and password are the webadmin username and password configured under telephony-services on the CME.
