after I installed the AD plugin on the CCM,I received an error "kCtiProviderOpenFailure" so I tried to reset the CCMSysUser using the CCMPWDChanger, but I receive an error message that CCMSysUser is not valid.

verify the users is in the OU where the CCM users should be, you defined it when running the plugin.

if not, move it to the right OU

if this helps, please rate
