hi experts,
I was being asked what could be the best plan/setup to a centralized helpdesk. The helpdesk should have an ip phone where all of Asia Pacific sites can call up, of course without the toll charges...Some sites may have Call managers, nortel, avaya pbx, etc.
Hope anyone can share their ideas generally.
Thanks

You can use a router with the CME feature, or UC 520. Simple and effective, from 8 to 250 users.

Hi,
You can have one ccm at the central site and only gateways at the barnches.
If you need cme at each site, you can tie them via wan [as frame-relay] and using h323 [dial-peer] u can control your call directions.
wish this be helpful
Best Regards
