CDR configuration/activation main steps

Hi all,

To configure/activate CDR I did the following steps :

- I set up the appririate 2 service parameters to enable CDR/QoS

- I activate the relevant services

However , I still have not any CDR records in the database ( As mentionned in the error message whenever I do a CDR lookup)

Did I miss any step ? does the cahnges take effect immediately or after a period ?

If you have a cluster and calls are made on subscriber(s), don't forget to enable "CDR Insert" service on Publisher.

You have to enable the Service Parameters on all servers.

If you provide more info (# of servers, what service parameters, what relevant services) it would help a lot.
