first you've got to generate a Cusotom Report Template in

RME > Reports > Custom Report Template > Create

choose 'Syslog' as the application (>Next), define a name for the Report Template then click 'Add' to define the message filter;

in your case it should be

Facility: FILESYS

Sub-facility: *

Severity:5

Mnemonic: CFLASH

Description: *

then click 'Save' and 'Finish';

when you've done this, you can use this template to generate a Report in

RME > Reports > Report Generator

select 'Syslog' as the application and scroll down to select the template Name you've just created
