SDL Link OOS Every After 12:00 Noon

Once a day after noon we receive the SDL Link OOS. This is a CCM 4.13 SR7 cluster

We are getting the error between the CCM Publisher and a Subscriber that is on the same LAN switch.

We have double checked things like duplex settings. We are getting no errors on the switch ports.

I believe this could be a memory leak or somethingâ€¦ This all started after we rebooted the cluster, due to having to replace the system board in one subscriber (not the effected sub)â€¦

A few months back we were getting these errors multiple times a day, we upgraded from an Engineering Special to SR7 and the errors went away.

Upgrade to the latest SR for CCM 4.1.3.

This alarm indicates that the local Cisco CallManager has lost communication with the remote Cisco CallManager. This alarm usually indicates network errors or a non-running remote Cisco CallManager.
