Cisco Unity messages not being delivered to unified messaging subscriber

I have a users who are complaining that they are not receiving voice messages from some other users at the company. I set up a test phone with IP communicator in this environment. When I made a test call, the user received my voicemail no problem, but when I changed my test extension to that of one of the users whose voicemails are not being recieved, I get to the Unity subscriber prompt and it records my message, but the user never receives a notification (mwi), message, or email message in outlook. The user does not have any rules in Outlook that would reroute the message.

This is Unity 5.0 with Unified messaging. Any ideas?

Hi,

Did you confirm the user configuration:

1. his device is allready having the voice mail profile.

2. As you here his greeting, then no recorded mssg, so consider his mail box size.

3. Did you try recreating a new account for this subscriber.
