Cisco IPCC

We are running a Cisco IP Contact Center environment. Some of the

servers run the Cisco Contact Center SNMP agent. We are using Solarwind's ipMonitor

software, and we are unable to get the two to talk. I would like to get some help

with regards to best practices for monitoring the IPCC environment and any MIBs that need

to be loaded intot he ipMonitor system.

I have this problem too.
