CM4.2 long time to transfer

I have 4.2 Cm cluster in which is it taking 2-3 seconds to transfer an incoming call within the same cluster. Any thought on where to start looking?

Hi,

Please consider the following:

1. Is this delay occur in normal calls.

2. If yes ,so please check the overlapping in your dial plan [DN and route patterns]

3. If no, please specify if this occur on the same site,or remote sites,or only with PSTN.
