So from other testing and my understanding if i do this:

line vty 0 15

rotary 5

then i should be able to telnet to this device on port 3005.

I have done this on routers before, and when i tried it on a 2 differnt 6509's i could not establish a connection. I tried with transport inport all (under the line vty 0 15) that didnt do it. There are no ACLs restricing traffic under the VTY;s or under the vlan interfaces. Any thoughts?
