Are you on CUCM 6.x? I seem to recall a bug about this although I can't find it at the moment.

The easiest method I can think of is to use a TFTP client such as tftpd32 and just download the file directly from the TFTP server as if you were a phone. Going through the CLI doesn't get you anything in this case.

Hello Jonathan,

how do I do this with tftpd32? Could you please describe what to do in tftpd32?

thanks in advance.

Hi Martin,

instead of using tftpd32, u can use sftp

from CLI of server, run command file list tftp * [this would show all files] or if u know the specific filename run command file list tftp APP8945

now u run the command

file get tftp APP8945 and press enter. Also , at background run freeftpd sofware.enter IP address of PC on which sftp is running.
