How can we configure call block(international nos) in Call Manager 5.x

You must create route pattern and set action to block this pattern.

I have created 1 route pattern which I have set option : 'route this pattern' and 1 partition for all, but not getting idea for blocking.

You can create pattern, for example:
Pattern: "810!"
Partition: "InternationalPT"
Route Option: "Block this pattern" and choose "error code".
Do you have Route Option?
