I have set up user for Extension Mobility but when I try to login in on the users phone to test it will not work. If I try to login in on another phone it will not let me as well.
What error are you getting? Have you checked to make sure that the device profile has been associated with the user in question in the global directory?
Have you verified that you are using the correct user id and pin?
