How to make it in Unity according to the belowing ,
On hour(9am-5pm)call 2003 noan/busy forward to 4085158801
after hour, call 2003 noan/busy can leave msg
pls give me some advice or useful URL for reference.
first of all, exactly what do you mean by transfer??
call reaches phone, then goes to unity and follows X behavior??
or someone calls unity and then someone dials the DN for that phone??
the 1st behavior can be easily achieved with CUCM TOD, the other way is a schedule and std and closed greeting
