VPN Connection Cisco 871 to ASA 5500

Hello,

I have problem, I made VPN connection from Cisco 871 (our branch) to ASA Firewall 5500 (head office).

Diagnostic says VPN Tunnel is up but in real it doesn't work.

it says:

VPN Troubleshooting is successful.

The VPN Tunnel is up.

Checking th tunnel status:

Encapsulation:155

Decapsulation:0

Send Error:24

Received Error:0

it seems it sends ecnacpsulated packets but doesn't receive.

Meanwhile ping from outbound interface says : UUUU unreachable

and from inside: .... request timed out

Please, can anyone help me ?

have you checked to make sure all interfaces are up and running?

If this is similar to the PIX, have you checked the sysopt?
