You will have to talk to entitlement about that. If your Service Request makes it to a TAC engineer, you should be able to get the patch.

You need to increase the SNMP timeout for 10.49.1.62, 10.49.1.66, and 10.51.17.254 under RME > Devices > Device Management > RME Devices > Edit Device Attributes. Start with 10 seconds, and go up if needed.

It looks like 10.49.1.95, 10.49.1.103, 10.49.1.84, 10.49.1.200, 10.49.1.60, 10.49.1.111, and 10.49.1.60 are affected by my bug CSCsm97530. A patch is available by contacting the TAC.

It looks like 10.49.1.102 and 10.49.1.120 are unreachable via SNMP from the RME server.

It looks like 10.51.14.246 might be a 2950 or 3550 running less than 12.1(19)EA1 code. This switch will need to be upgraded before inventory collection will work.

Thanks

Can I get the patch even if I don't have the product under contract?

The original contract ran out in 08 and we did not renew.
