How to configure paging in UC520

Hello, Trying to configure paging using CCA 1.9 and UC520.  Have configured paging numbers 110-113.

After saving it returns to default value.  Get busy signal when Dialing number 110.  How can I configure paging?  thanks.

call forwarding dn-number was in conflict with the number we tried using for paging group (110)
