Multiple Outside IP Addresses on ASA

I seem to recall having some issues with this a while back (like 5 years ago) and am curious if this is still an obstacle when configure on a ASA 5520.

The ISP has given me a block of 8 IP addresses. Is there any trouble with PATing the IP addresses to several different machines?

For example, 1.2.3.4 (public) port 80 -> 10.1.1.1 port 80

1.2.3.4 (public) port 443 -> 10.1.1.2 port 443

Next Public IP:

1.2.3.5 port 80 -> 10.1.1.1 port 8080

1.2.3.5 port 2390 - > 10.1.2.1 port 443

And so on...

I'm thinking that this must be a pretty common thing today and that the ASA can easily handle this. Am I right about that?

Jim

I think it should work as long as you don't have overlapped (IP, port) pair.
