I have the following Call Managers and Unity Servers.
CM 4.x, Total of 8 Servers:
ProLiant DL380 G4
ProLiant DL380 G3
ProLiant DL380 G2
Unity 4.X
ProLiant ML570 G2 (Primary)
ProLiant ML570 G2 (Failover)
ProLiant ML570 G2 (Message Store)
Can I upgrade CM to 7.X and Unity to 5.X without replacing any of my hardware?

You will want to look at the supported platform list
The ML570 is not listed for Unity 5.x

Call Manager link only has information regarding the OS version. Doesn't seem to have the Call Manager Version Compatibility.
