Hi all

Which configuration should I make so that each caller is presented using his First and Last name and not the DN,

Extension Mobility is used !!

Hi,

When you fill the Display (Internal Caller ID) and the Alerting Name

in your line configuration [in case of a device or a device profile] , you will have a caller ID presenation instead of your DN.

Then if you need to control if you need to display the DN or not,it is by enabling the check box in your line configuration also.

No way to use the First and Last name of the Extension Mobility user, so we can avoid to fill 2 other fields ?

Hi tka,

Yes, the extension mobility use the device profile that you will fill the 2 fields i have asked you to fill in my last mail

you must fill these fields in the device profile with the same first and last names you did in the user configuration to be the same as you want

I wish this be helpful
