Unity Connection reporting not showing full extension

Hi all,

I am working on a Unity Connection 2.1.2.100.

I run a user report under the serviceability menu and get a report of all users.

The problem i have is on the report, any extension that is more than 5 digits it cuts it off.

so for extension 1005678 all i get on the report is 10056.

anyone seen this before?

Hi Ken!

Seems you are hitting a known bug: CSCsx42105

Reports: Extensions longer than 5 digits are truncated

When running reports in UC 7.0(1), user's extension longer than 5 digits are truncated.

Symptom:

When run in .csv or web output, extensions longer than 5 digits are truncated.

Conditions:

UC 7.0(1)

Workaround:

None.

This is fixed in 7.0(1) and 7.0(2) so you'll need to upgrade to 7.0 and open a case with TAC to get an ES with the fix.
