Anyone has experience with upgrading presence server 6.0.3 to 6.0.4
In 6.0.3 there is a delay on MOC/IP phone when calls are made or recieved and Cisco recommends for upgrade to resolve this issue.
Any documentation for this upgrade in terms of preinstallation & Post installation tasks, testing etc
Thanks

Hi Anil,
I need to told that Integration betweenCisco Unified Presence and the Microsoft Exchange server does not work after you upgrade from Cisco Unified Presence Release 6.0(3) to 6.0(4).
Cause
This condition occurs because the CA certificate that was uploaded via the backend Presence Gateway window is not preserverd during an upgrade of Cisco Unified Presence from Release 6.0(3) to 6.0(4).
Solution
Re-upload the CA certificate without the subject Common Name (CN) in the backend Presence Gateway page. This ensures that the Exchange certificate will be signed
On this link you'll find all related information by links for presence 6.0.x

Wish this be helpful :)

Thanks for your reply. I would appreciate if you could point me to documentation for doing this upgrade.
Again my upgrade needs a fresh install and i need to make sure it wont effect my production network.
Thanks

Upgrade documentation can be found here:

I would recommend you upgrade to 6.0(5), which is the latest stable version.
By the way, the issue hythamhadad pointed out is a very rare situation. It only happens if the cert was uploaded on Gateway page (instead of OS page). In most of the cases (more than 99.99%), certs were uploaded via OS page, which is immune to the isue hythamhadad mentioned.
