Can Ciscoworks LMS managed non-Cisco products?

Hi Experts,

I would like to check if CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 is able to discover non-Cisco products.

Can they be discovered by DCR in Common Services using Ping Sweep?

Will other applications like Campus Manager, RME, DFM and IPM be able to manage them?

How will they be counted (for the number of device) in LMS license?

Unfortunately CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 (and neither LMS 3.1) cannot manage non-cisco devices.
