Hi there,
I have a situation where I need to dial an access code, hear a tone and then dial the extension number..
It happens in my remote site, where I'm using a SRST router with a E1 (qsig) with an Avaya PBX...
Destionations that I don't need to hear the tone before calling are working fine.
Is it a router config or a CUCM config ? (CallManager 4.2)
Any help ?
Thanks.
Andrei.

Hi Andrei,
You can control the dial tone from the route pattern configuration page
You can specify an access code and provide dial tone after this [ like 9 for outside calls ]
so it is from your CUCM config
But consider for any interference between these access codes and any configured DN in your network to not affect your dial tone
Wish this be helpful :)

Hi !
I found the "Provide Outside Dial Tone" configuration in the Route Pattern..
I have this pattern: 8305547XXXX
How can I tell the CUCM that the tone should be after "830" ?
Thanks a lot.
Andrei.
