Change All Admin password voip CCM4.2 Unity and IPCC

Hi to all,

We want to change all the administrator password for:

CCM cluster (1Publisher 2Subscriber)version 4.2(1)OS Image 2000.4.3a.

Unity version 4.0(5) OS Image 2000.4.4.

IPCC version 4.0(4) OS Image 2000.4.3a.

Need some help,

Hi Alberto,

To change any password

search for the user in the user page and reset his password as needed

if you login to your ccm with ccmadmin,or administrator

You will find this user ID in the user page

for the IPCC

Also check for the user name that you login with : as IPCC

Also for your unity subscribers
