Query about Caller ID and Caller Name in CME?????????

Thress questions about CallerID and Caller Name as followed need you kind help,

1)

In CME don't display caller id & caller name on pstn phone when the call is a local call, else display.

2)

In CME, when make IDD call, how to block caller-name,and display caller-id on pstn phone?

3)

In CME , when make internal call, how to block caller-id,and display caller-name on called phone?

1. need to collect "debug isdn q931" for both local and long distance call.

2. check "configuring caller id restriction" administraot guide", confiure under under telephony-service.

But i don't think your way can meet my requirement very weel.

I think this can be made by 'clid strip' 'clid strip name'

anyone who can give me confirmation?
