Unity Playback Error

Hi All -

I am running Unity 7.0 when I try to send a recorded message to an IP phone in my network from the Unity Administration Page I am receiving an error:

"Unknown problems are preventing the completion of the call."

This is also happening from the ViewMail application installed in Outlook 2003. I have looked at the DCOM Configruation and had no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
