routing help for servers needing access thorugh mutliple ISP's

We have a group of servrs in our dmz (10.a.x.x) that need access to server at a remote location via a vpn connection through asa5520 (192.x.x.x., but also needs connection through another ips connection to other remote networks (10.b.x.x). Right now, the servers use the asa as default gateway, with a persistant route on the server for the ip address 192.168.2.x I think policy based routing would help a ton, but not sure how to use it. any suggestions?
