Intercom cut off on incoming calls

I'm having an issue where when an office member is paging a room through the phone, the paging gets cut off when an incoming call comes in and is picked up on another phone....yet they can hear the room but the room can't hear them. This is happening only on the main DID that these phones share.

The office has 7961 phones. The classrooms have 7941 phones. We have a translation pattern setup (##XXXX) for the office to room intercom.

I'm stumped on this. We're running CM6.1. Any help on this would be appreciated.

To use the paging feature, you must have at least one idle IP phone that is able to receive the paging multicast.
